Advanced Removal and Depositing

NOTICE OF ADVANCED REMOVAL

OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS FROM ENVELOPES

AND ADVANCED DEPOSITING OF EARLY VOTED BALLOTS

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the City of Haverhill will be opening and/or depositing early voted ballots at City Hall, 4 Summer St in Room 301 at the following sessions:  

·         Monday August 24^th                 9:00 AM – until end of session  

·         Tuesday August 25^th                 9:00 AM – until end of session   

·         Wednesday August 26^th            9:00 AM – until end of session  

·         Thursday August 27^th               10:00 AM – until end of session   

·         Friday August 28^th                   9:00 AM – until end of session 

·         Saturday August 29^th                10:00 AM – until end of session

·         Sunday August 30^th                  10:00 AM – until end of session 

·         Monday August 31^st                  9:00 AM – until end of session 

A full record of advance removal and advance depositing will be kept for each session. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 54 section 25B as amended by Section 10 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on September 3^rd.  At that time, the results from the advance processed ballots will be added to the election day results and posted in a public place.

Early Voting Advanced Processing is open to the public.
