Birthdays at The Vet
Interested in having your Birthday Party at Veterans' Memorial Rink? While ice time is limited, we have set aside a time slot on Saturdays and Sundays to be utilized specifically for birthday parties. Birthday Party cost is $220 and includes rental skates (sizes limited), 50-minute hour of ice, and 1 hour of conference room space.
QUICK FAQS
-Ice time is scheduled for 6-7pm Saturday or 12pm-1pm Sunday. That is for your group only and includes skate rentals. We recommend if people have their own skates to bring them as our quantities in some sizes are limited.
-Conference room only fits about 25-30 people comfortably.
-Typically people skate and then are able to use the conference room from 1-2pm. You can bring whatever food you want but please be mindful of common allergies. Most people just do pizza, cake, and ice cream with water and soda. We have had people do the conference room celebrations from 11am-12pm then skate. If you would like to do it this way, please contact Haverhill Rec to confirm.
-If you would like to decorate the room you may do so any time after 9am the day of. Keep in mind that all decorations including balloons need to be taken with you at the end and not left behind. Please only use latex-free balloons.
-The full balance is due by the time of the reservation. We accept credit card payments online which you can log into haverhillrec.com and a balance will display under your account details with a "make payment" button. You can also either mail a check to us or bring it with you the day of. Our mailing address is Haverhill Recreation Department, 10 Welcome St., Haverhill, MA 01830.
