Wedding Ceremonies at City Hall

For couples seeking a short and civil ceremony, we offer the ability to be married by the City Clerk or Assistant City Clerk here at City Hall.

Requirements

1. Couples may bring no more than 6 guests, for a total of 8 attendees including the couple
2. Please plan to arrive at City Hall early as ceremonies will start at the predetermined time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a possible change in date or time of ceremony
3. No decorations or alcohol allowed on premises
4. If you did not file your marriage intention here at the Haverhill City Clerk's office, please bring with you your valid marriage license on the day of the ceremony
