Program Overview
With a goal of increasing owner-occupancy in the urban core of Haverhill, the City will be providing up to $6.000 in down payment and/or closing costs through its ‘FTHB' program. This program features:
- Availability only from properties on selected streets in the Mount Washington and Lower Acre Neighborhoods where owner-occupancy is much lower than average;
- Participants remain eligible for the Housing Rehabilitation and Code Correction program (HRCCP);
- Assistance is limited to these eligible addresses:
