Merrimack Street Utility Improvements Notice

The City of Haverhill would like to inform you of upcoming utility improvements in the Merrimack Street area, beginning on April 14, 2025, and continuing through October 2025. This work is part of the City’s commitment to improving and modernizing critical infrastructure and is funded through the American 
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). These improvements will provide the downtown area with more reliable water and sewer service for years to come.

Check back frequently because construction schedules frequently change due to constantly changing.
