Newton Road and Dutton Road Culvert Replacement Project
Public Information Meeting

A Public Information meeting will be held on Saturday June 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM on-site at the intersection

of Newton Road and Dutton Road to discuss the project. The project proposes to replace the existing 36”

culvert under Newton Road with a larger 9.5’ x 6’ concrete box culvert. The existing 24” culvert under Dutton

Road is proposed to be replaced with an open channel. The roadway elevation of Newton Road is proposed

to be raised 2.5’ over the culvert with a gradual transition back to the existing elevation to the north and

south of the culvert.
