The Mayor is declaring a Snow Emergency beginning Sunday at 9:00 AM and ending on Monday at 6:00 PM. During this period, parking is prohibited on both sides of the street along the designated Snow Emergency Routes (per City Code), listed below:

Vehicles in violation of the parking restrictions are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense.

Free parking is available in the city lots on Locke Street and Merrimack Street.

Important Reminder:  Residents and businesses are encouraged to shovel and clear sidewalks and entrances in front of their property as soon as conditions allow, and to keep hydrants, catch basins, and accessible pathways clear to help with drainage and emergency access. Please do not shovel, blow, or push snow back into the street, as it creates safety hazards and interferes with plowing operations.
