South Elm St/Railroad Ave Water Work Begins Sept. 2, 2025

Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, and continuing for approximately four weeks, water main work will be performed under the MBTA bridge on South Elm Street near Railroad Avenue. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. One travel lane will remain open at all times. During construction hours, traffic delays are expected in the area. Police details will be on-site to assist with traffic control. Please plan ahead, seek alternate routes when possible, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
