Updates to Everbridge - City of Haverhill Communication System

Dear Haverhill Residents,

Everbridge, the mass notification system The City of Haverhill uses, has introduced a new feature allowing users to manage all notifications from a single location. 

The new sign-in and sign-up features help manage all your alert subscriptions under one account! The new update no longer requires the creation of separate accounts or logins for each public organization's Member Portal, if you happen to have Everbridge accounts from multiple municipalities. Instead, you can manage all your community notifications from one centralized location — the new Everbridge Community profile page.

You will see the following improvements to your experience in the coming weeks:

Monday, July 14
A link to the Everbridge Community profile page will automatically appear on your public Member Portal web page. You can click this link to access the new page.

Monday, July 28
The updated Community Portal Page will be fully live, and you can log in with your usual login. If you are new to the system, you can follow the prompts to establish your account and add your zip code as the organization. 

Once you've created your new profile, you can add new notifications by clicking "Add Organizations."

Then, search for an organization and click on the ones you want to sign up for. You can do this by using location addresses.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Will I need to re-subscribe to notifications?  While we do not expect this to be necessary, you can ensure accuracy by logging in and reconfirming your preferences.

• What if I forget my login? Use the “Forgot Username” or “Reset Password” functions on the portal.

• Will I get spammed?  No. You only receive alerts you’ve opted into, such as emergency, billing, and community updates, not marketing messages.
