In Person
Certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office at Haverhill City Hall as far back as 1844. You may appear in person during normal business hours. Records are $10 per copy.
In Writing
To request certified copies of a vital record, please write us a letter with the name(s), date of record, and mailing address. All written requests must include payment of $15 per certified copy.
